Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel.
  • Custom or personalized items.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at bareezabybinasad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at bareezabybinasad@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
